Option 2: D3/K2 Liquid
Vitamin D/K2 Liquid is a convenient way to supplement with both vitamins D and K2, which offer greater support for bones and the immune and cardiovascular systems together than either does individually.* For example, vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption, and vitamin K is important for directing calcium to the bones and away from the soft tissues, such as blood vessels and kidneys.*
Both vitamin D and vitamin K2 support bone and muscle health, along with cardiovascular health and immune function.* It is important to maintain an optimal level of vitamin D in the body through all stages of life, from fetal development to old age.* Vitamin K2, a series of molecules known as menaquinones, exerts a more powerful influence on bone than does vitamin K1.* The vitamin K2 in this formula is the well-studied MK-4.

Option 3: D3/K2 Emulsion Drops
*Best Form For Mold Sick People Because They Do Not Have Adequate Bile Flow To Take In The Fat Soluble Nutrients From Other Forms Of Delivery. Emulsified forms of D, is more absorbable for people with sluggish bile. Bile helps us absorb D normally, and mold gums that bile up.
Emulsion supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 300 mcg of vitamin K (as K1 phytonadione and K2 menaquinone-7) in a micro-emulsion for enhanced absorption and utilization, which is particularly important for those with malabsorption conditions. Clinical data shows that the emulsified form increases bioavailability over 200% compared to the non-emulsified form. In addition, this form is absorbed first through the lymphatic system, the body’s preferred route of administration, and then transported to the blood circulation.
