Open Up Your Detox Pathways.

If you are trying to detox or even fast and you're getting stuck, it is probably because your pathways are stuck or congested.  Symptoms of congested pathways include but are not limited to, weight gain, brain fog, constipation and skin rashes.
Here are some of the things you can do: 
  • Dry Brushing, especially under your armpits, neck and throat.
  • Use a Loofah in the shower, again especially in the armpits if you are a female, neck and throat. Toxins in the lymph go into the breast tissue. Open those pathways.
  • Move your body...walk at least once a day.
  • Sweat! If you can't sweat, toxins are getting stuck in your fat tissue. Inability to sweat is a symptom of iodine deficiency. Sweating is excellent for detoxing. You need to be able to sweat.
  • Infrared sauna.
